We offer free shipping in India on orders above INR 999/-. Once we confirm your order, we require 1 workday for shipping currently is delayed due to Coronovirus (COVID-19) outbreaks worldwide. Usually orders received before 1 pm on a business day, we mostly ship it on the same day. This shipment may take 6-10 days to reach you.
Orders placed after 1 pm will be sent the next day. Orders received during Sundays or holidays will be sent the following Monday or the next working day. During peak hours, such as holidays and offers / discounts, sales periods, processing and shipping may be delayed. All packages are shipped through major logistics partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, etc. For which our contract is with Shiprocket & Nimbuspost. Please make sure to provide complete address details along with work contact number when ordering. (House Number, Street Name, Landmark, Area Pin Code).
Undelivered Shipment Policy:
Our logistics partner makes 3 (three) attempts for delivery, it is not necessary to call you, we aim to deliver your product to the right address and the right person, we are inform you by SMS and email out for delivery. If you would like some changes to it, please you can contact us via email or call 9999916103. If not executed during all 3 (three) attempts and the comment mark is undelivered, such as the recipient is not available / wrong address / home, office closed, then shipment marks the RTO by the logistics partner and sent back to our warehouse, once marked by the RTO it is impossible for re distribution, in which case neither "OrganicVastu" nor our partners will be responsible. And we will cancel the order and process for Partially refund As per Our Refund Policy.
All orders will be processed after we receive payment confirmation, there are two payment methods when placing an order:
1-Prepaid: The payment methods for prepaid orders given below are online: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallet Payment through / QR Code etc.
2-Cash on delivery (COD): This Service is currently not available.
